What will be deleted
Account deletion is intended to remove your MyTravelWall account profile and the travel content associated with that account, including saved trips, notes, photos, and places where applicable.
What may be retained
Some limited information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may also remain for a limited period before they are overwritten or deleted.
Timing
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after account ownership is verified.
MyTravelWall also includes an in-app account deletion option. This page remains available as the public Google Play delete account URL for users who need to request deletion outside the app.
